GB/T 34628-2017/ISO 17635:2016焊缝无损检测 金属材料应用通则

1  范围

本标准给出了焊缝无损检测方法选择和结果评定的应用通则。该通则建立在以质量要求、材料、焊缝厚度、焊接工艺和检测范围并以质量控制为目的的基础之上。

本标准规定了金属材料不同检测类型的无损检测应用通则。该通则包含了金属材料的检测方法和/或验收等级标准。

验收等级不能直接理解为ISO 5817或ISO 10042规定的质量分级。验收等级与批量生产焊缝的整体质量相关。

符合ISO 5817或ISO10042质量等级要求的验收等级，是一个基本应用通则，不是对每一个显示的具体要求。

附录A给出焊缝质量、无损检测及其验收等级标准之间的关联。附录B给出焊缝质量等级、验收等级和无损检测方法的标准关联概况。
